Apocalypse (Almost) Now
This was a good start to this series. I was surprised by how the writer gave the protagonist good screen time. The motivations for key characters was laid out well. The pacing of the story was good. The end was surprising but it makes sense. After this I'm looking forward to reading the next chapter in this series. It s tough to come out with such a high level story and follow it up with something equally high stakes.
