It wants to go somwhere...
This is the kind of book that wants to do something but chickens out at the end. You get a glimpse of these storylines that seem like they will come together. In the end they all stay in there separate spaces. Near the end some characters lose their sanity as they are forced to play their part in a greater narrative. They don't want to play their part so they go insane and feel like their dying. After their done we don't hear from them again. From there the book ends.
