Let's find extraterrestrials and secret bases

How does one find a visitor from another world on our world? Do you stare at the sky for days hoping to catch a glimpse of a bright objects moving in a irregular pattern? Do you try and infiltrate a secret government base? Do you try and use psychic abilities to reach an extra-dimensional entity? No dummy, look for them the same way you look for human beings. Find a water source with a fairly flat landing area.

This is not that complicated. Look the math on us being the only planet in the universe with a diverse eco-system that can allow for the creation of life is already established. If your one of these people who think that we humans are the only being in the universe stop reading this. Just don't bother coming bad to this blog my writing is not for you.

If an alien were to come from another planet they more then likely are carbon based lifeforms. Carbon based lifeforms need to intake some form of energy and remove waste or recycle the waste in some form. Basically they probably need water to live. It's not guaranteed but it's a likely bet that they need water or some form of liquid to function on a biological level. With that in mind if someone where to look for visitors from another world starting with a fresh water river, lake or stream would be a god place to start.

If you follow the ancient astronaut theory this does make sense. Lots visitors have gone to places where there is or was a fresh water source. This is not a surprise to me but some people ignore this basic concept. I'm establishing this now to apply it later. If you think visitors from another world are still visiting in these times lets establish how they can stay for a prolonged period of time. I want to stick to how they would stay on Earth.

I think about the people who go looking for the aliens among us as comedians. If you really wanted to find aliens why do you spend your time looking for a spaceship? Why not look for something that is giving off a irregular energy signature. If you go to a ship dock to find a ship you would look for something large. Yes, obviously but what if it's cloaked? You would listen for a sound that seems out of the ordinary. Apply that same principle in the search for a ship if you don't have the fancy equipment to spot gamma rays or whatever.

There's also the effect that something would have on the environment around it. An electrical field disturbance effects the space around it. Thinking about that would mean you get a funny feeling when near something like a alien spacecraft. Now lets take these principles and apply them to what we know about alien cover-ups in the United States. Lets go over some of the things we know and narrow things down from there.

The government admitted that it has/had a secret military base in Nevada referred to as Area 51. Why, 51, I don't know. But if that is 51 are there another 50 ahead of it? Doesn't matter really. The answer is that's probably the 51 secret base the government had since it started having secret bases. So the 51 designation probably goes back to the 1800s. The admitting of 51s existence is probably because the 52, 53, 54 bases are more modern. But back to why Nevada.

The aerospace industry has used the western open plains of the U.S. as the place to build and test its newer planes. The desert air means there's less debris and different air density to make testing airplanes easier. I'm sure the same principle was applied to the American aerospace program. Have you ever wondered where the government tested the now retired space shuttle. I'm sure it wasn't done in Delaware. The thing is I'm sure aliens also took advantage of the open airspace to land their crafts. So with that in mind if we were to look for aliens in the U.S. out west would be a good place to start.

Another thing to consider is altitude. If you've come to a planet via spacecraft I don't think landing on or near a mountain would be too much of an issue for you. Well the western part of the U.S. just happens to have the Rocky Mountains run down the majority of the country. From Canada down into Arizona and New Mexico the Rocky Mountains make for a good hiding spot. They are remote enough that it would be hard to get to but surrounded by enough resources to sustain a stay by visitors if needed.

I hope you've been following this in a separate tab with Google Maps or Google Earth.

Now the part that is acknowledged but is not appreciated in my opinion is human beings. Humans have been seeing things come from the sky for centuries. There's enough documented literature on this idea that taking the idea of visitors from a world outside of our own should be taken seriously. The reason being that aliens no matter how powerful would be confronted by the native humans because the aliens would be using resources that would normally be used by the humans. I'm not talking rare metals I'm talking water and food sources. The whole herd of cattle mutilations sounds to me like Vikings stealing food from villagers while they are on a raiding party. Just because they take the food differently then the humans does not mean they aren't taking food. The humans would notice this and keep track of when, where and how often these things are done. Shortages of fish in rivers that are said to be near alien bases would be a big sign that someone is eating wouldn't you think.

With all of these in mind lets narrow done some places using Maps. We'll assume that the government is aware of some of where the aliens might have been. With some knowledge of where the U.S. military has publicly known bases we'll say the area near Stoll Mountain would be a good candidate. It's close enough to Lake George and Eleven Mile State Park for water. Plus near to the U.S. Air Force base at Cheyenne Mountain. It meets many of the criteria I've already laid out. Further west would be Black Rock, Utah as another option. Flat enough but also near Sevier Lake to meet the remote area standard. West of that would be something that may surprise you in Nevada. Nope, not Las Vegas, Paradise or Reno. Go North to Shanty Town. Yes, that is a place. Near Eureka and South of Ruby Valley I'd bet that is the spot of where the replacement for Area 51 is. Close enough but far enough I'd bet Sherman Mountain has some places that are off limits to the public. Call it Area 56 if you like.

That's not what you expected wasn't it. Well why not take these thoughts to AlienCon 2018, Baltimore starting this Friday, November 9 to Sunday, November 11 at the Baltimore Convention Center. There you can meet your favorite ancient astronaut theorists. Interact with those who study government cover-ups and secret operations for a living. Delve into the mysteries of yesterday that affect our world today. And meet other people who follow the path of mystery to see where humanity came from with an idea of where we are going.

Cool way to end it right? Well how about this. Have you noticed how people only focus on what the big countries know about aliens. Lets try this alien search idea with Canada. So go to Maps and think where would aliens go to in Canada. It seems harder because your thinking most Canadians live closer to the U.S. border leaving 70% of Canada uninhabited by humans. Well isn't that something to think about. If I were to guess where the Canadian military would hide a secret base. Where aliens would try to avoid contact with humans I'd guess the Yukon Territory. That seems like a good place to hide. I'm guessing none of you every heard of Project Whitehorse. That might be too old of a place. Maybe a newer place would be in British Columbia, Chase Provincial Park would be a nice hiding spot near by for a secret government base. I don't care if this pisses off the Queen. That whole thing in Australia is problematic to me. Operation British aka Operation Comet turned parts of a continent into a lake for crying out loud. That was just an anime but still trying to do a similar thing is dumb. Australia is also another place mostly uninhabited and you turn it into a EMG rail gun testing spot. Not Cool. This might be stretch but I don't think so.

Maybe next time I'll go into alien tech. For now don't get shot looking for aliens. Have fun meeting Giorgio at AlienCon if your going. If you do go to AlienCon try this. Ask one of the guests this question, "Do you believe the sleeper has awakened?" I wouldn't recommend shouting it at a panel but it would be a fun game to play. If you think you get the reference you don't its actually something older then that. The original use of it is where I'm thinking from. Enjoy.
