"Delegate Function - leading is supposed to be a function dealing with person creature. Person performance is erratic in nature and training the people's performance in the direction of the aim of the activity is what the manager does in this function"
This is one example of how terribly this book was translated. I say translated because this written so poorly that it's hard to believe that it was originally written in English. This reads like a Chinese management instruction manual at FoxCom. If this is how the books in this series are written I don't want to read more of this series.
