Warren Ellis writing a James Bond story is something that I would not have thought would ever happen. If you enjoyed the Castlevania animated series on Netflix you'll enjoy this take on 007. While it doesn't push the bounds that one might expect from Ellis it does deliver in many ways. This gives the reader enough of the familiar Bond troupes while keeping the story firmly set as a 21st century Bond story. It's worth the read for any Bond fan.
